Our AI matching system is designed to eliminate bias. Before any document data is sent to AI models, our system automatically redacts Personally Identifiable Information (PII) like phone numbers and physical addresses.
This ensures that candidates are evaluated purely on their skills and experience. We do not use your data to train external models without your explicit consent.

04The 30-Day Purge
We believe data that isn't there can't be stolen. All uploaded documents and extracted data are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers 30 days after upload.
